5 gramos de copos de alga nori deshidratados

500 gramos de ñoquis

200 gramos de salmón ahumado Benfumat

1 c/s de huevas de arenque ahumado

3 tallos de cebollino

c/n de aceite de s samo

c/n de aceite de oliva virgen extra Artajo

c/n de sal


1. En primer lugar pon los copos de alga nori deshidratados en un recipiente con abundante agua para que se rehidraten, en cinco minutos estarán listos, bastará con escurrirlos bien y reservar.

2. Seguidamente, pon una olla con abundante agua a calentar, cuando rompa a hervir añade sal y a continuación los ñoquis. A medida que éstos vayan saliendo a flote, ve retirándolos con la espumadera, bien escurridos.

3. Una vez que tengas todos los ñoquis hechos, aderézalos con un poco de aceite de oliva virgen extra Artajo y mu velos para que se embadurnen, de modo que no se peguen, no se sequen y tomen su sabor.

4. A continuación, corta el salmón ahumado Benfumat en tiras de algo menos de un dedo de grosor, prepara las huevas de arenque para a adir antes de servir, y el cebollino, picándolo no muy fino.

5. Para terminar, añade los copos de alga bien escurridos a los ñoquis y mezcla bien, repártelos en los platos. Reparte también las tiras de salmón ahumado Benfumat, las huevas de arenque y el cebollino. Al finalizar, añade un hilo de aceite de sésamo y sirve enseguida, ¡Buen provecho!
