PRESA IBÉRICA DE BEHER CON REDUCCIÓN DE VINO TINTO
La presa es un bocado exquisito para los amantes de la carne. Hoy proponemos una presa ibérica con una reducción de vino tinto, que podréis encontrar en Distribuciones Blasco.
INGREDIENTES
- 1 presa de cerdo Beher
- Aceite de oliva
- Sal y pimienta.
- ½ l. de vino tinto
- 3 cucharadas de azúcar.
ELABORACIÓN
Comenzamos por salpimentar la presa de Beher. En una sartén con aceite de oliva, la marcamos.
Le vamos dando vueltas para que se haga bien por todos los lados.
Ahora, las colocamos en una bandeja de horno y las horneamos unos minutos a 200 grados, pero que no quede demasiado hecha. Le damos la vuelta a mitad de la cocción. Mientras se hornea, elaboramos la reducción de vino tinto.
En una olla ponemos ¼ litro de agua y el vino tinto. Ponemos a hervir hasta que reduzca. Cuando quede menos de la mitad del líquido, añadimos el azúcar. Removemos hasta que espese.
Servimos la presa y ¡listo para disfrutar!
