CASOULETTE
INGREDIENTES:
Alubias Gvtarra, aceite Artajo, cebolla, puerro, zanahoria, hebras de azafrán, pato confitado de Markito, micuit.
ELABORACIÓN:
Para poder preparar una comida rápida y completa, sin manchar mucho y que pueda valer como plato único, improvisamos una casoulette: hacemos un sofrito con cebolla, puerro y zanahoria, si lo hacemos con AOVE Artajo mucho mejor, posteriormente añadimos la patata.
Para darle un toque extra, añadimos unas hebras de azafrán, acto seguido incorporamos unas legumbres en conserva que tengamos en casa, preferiblemente alubias, pero con lentejas también queda genial (si son gutarra o jae, veréis que se rompen mucho menos, ¡por 1€ no os lo penséis!).
Cuando lo hayamos llevado al primer hervor (chup chup, a fuego lento), le ponemos carne de pato confitada de Martiko, bien desmigada o una delicia, alita….. lo que queráis.
Para finalizar, como detalle brutal, podéis agregar unos trocitos de micuit o de bloc de pato.
